I recommend putting them lower on your nose than they say to avoid any nasal irritation problems at least at first. I experienced some until I made this adjustment. That being said, these have to be the best nose strips in the game. I havent slept better than with these on, they open my airways and make it feel like i can finally breathe! Does its job, but isn't a game changer

I’m writing this review from the perspective of someone who doesn’t suffer from sleep problems but rather bought these to optimize my sleep (basically bought them as a nice to have). While I do notice a difference when putting these strips on, I can’t say that it’s been insanely beneficial. I think I tend to gravitate towards these when I have a stuffy nose, since it makes my breathing a bit better. Giving it 4 stars since it seems to do what it’s supposed to.
